Emily Anne Garth – International Soprano & Star of Stage and Sea
From her first television appearance at the tender age of five, Emily Anne Garth has been captivating audiences with her charisma, elegance, and extraordinary voice. A graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Emily has become one of Australia’s most dazzling performers — a radiant presence whose career bridges the worlds of opera, cabaret, and musical theatre with effortless glamour.
Her international journey began in London, where she was discovered by producers and signed as a resident headline vocalist aboard a luxury cruise liner. What began as a six-month contract turned into a whirlwind world tour — from Antarctica to the Galápagos and Easter Island — performing in grand production shows and intimate recitals. It was here that Emily’s star quality truly shone, her voice and stagecraft captivating audiences from every corner of the globe.
Upon returning to Australia, Emily’s talent took her to work with Opera Australia, where she became a regular artist performing in some of the world’s most iconic operas — including Puccini’s Madama Butterfly, Verdi’s La Traviata, and Bizet’s Carmen. Whether gracing the stage of the Sydney Opera House or performing under the stars at Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour, Emily continues to enchant with her magnetic stage presence and soaring soprano.
Beyond the opera stage, Emily has headlined her own solo cabaret productions for over 15 years aboard the world’s most prestigious cruise lines, including Cunard, Seabourn, Regent, Princess, Royal Caribbean, NCL, and Celebrity Cruises. Her show — a glamorous fusion of opera, cabaret, and musical theatre — takes audiences on a journey of passion, laughter, and storytelling, all delivered with Emily’s signature sparkle and charm.
When not performing internationally, Emily brings her artistry home to Australia, touring to regional theatres nationwide Solo and along with other touring artists. With her trademark warmth and wit, she has performed for thousands, sharing beloved opera arias and timeless musical standards — always leaving audiences uplifted, inspired, and a little bit in love.
